How long does it take to setup a store?

The setup time for a store takes only a few minutes on your part and 1-3 days to go live! Once artwork is submitted the site is built for your approval. After your approval it is ready to go live!

Once my store is live what do I need to do?

We take care of the site, printing, and shipping. You get to sit back and let us do the heavy lifting.

The best way to make your store successful is promote, promote, promote! Get your store out there on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Send out flyers, emails, or create special sale events and limited time products to get your gear out there!

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the products ordered, processing time is typically between 1-3 days before shipping. Depending on your location shipping takes 3-7 business days on average.

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

To give the best customer service, our orders are automatically filled and processed. Depending on the items, it is sometimes possible to stop printing on items if we are notified immediately using the Contact Form.

My item(s) are damaged or defective. How to I get new products?

If you receive products that are damaged or defective, please Contact Us so we can get those products replaced for you.

Can I return items to exchange color, style, or size?

Unfortunately since all products are custom printed just for you, we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
